Refund & Return Policy
Brookline Journal Ltd offers a 14-calendar-day return and refund policy for all Hardero orders placed on this website. This policy applies in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand).
1. Return Period
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@zoeonatural.world with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order reference number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account you provide.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplement bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival. Proof of damage (photograph) may be requested.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Hardero order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zoeonatural.world with a description and photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
